Add knowledge document GET/PUT and admin edit UI; auto-create support tickets on client 400 validation errors across user/shop/partner apps; batch create tasks and publish from support tickets; restore mini-user store env single-column layout.

jacy ff462bca9a fix(mini-user): 门店核销走马灯小程序轮播与布局优化 
单条从右向左位移至 -10px 后停留，位置移至门店详情上方；修复小程序 opacity/transform 不生效问题。

微信端 CSS max-content/百分比 transform 不可靠；改为测量宽度后 translateX 滚动，并上移到店名下方。

修复仅用 useDidShow 导致一直加载中；顶栏标题左右等宽居中；走马灯改用 View 双份文本动画。发版默认改生产。

jacy 317f910f3c feat(admin,partner): Tencent map location picker and expose LBS key 
Store create/edit on HQ and partner can pick coords via Tencent locpicker; client-config exposes TENCENT_LBS_KEY; seed empty system settings from env.
